BBK long tube headers are all manufactured using 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow and use 1 piece laser cut flanges for strength and durability. These header systems make 14 to 24hp over stock on naturally aspirated applications, and up to 50hp on supercharged applications when combined with a quality cat-back exhaust system and BBK Mid pipe. All BBK headers are pressure tested upon assembly to insure leak free performance. Note: all long tube headers require matching mid pipe for installation. Long tube headers will not bolt up to factory mid pipe. Available in standard chrome finish or polished silver ceramic coating.
