BBK long tube headers are all manufactured using 1 5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow and use 1 piece laser cut flanges for strength and durability. These header systems make 14 to 24hp over stock on naturally aspirated applications, and up to 50hp on supercharged 2003-04 Cobra applications when combined with a quality cat-back exhaust system and BBK Mid pipe. All BBK headers are pressure tested upon assembly to insure leak free performance.
