Ford Racing's complete 340-345 horsepower long block assemblies are built with the same quality controls as a new production engine. The new long block assembly includes a new Ford Racing BOSS 302 block, crank, rods, pistons, timing chain, roller rockers, roller cam with lifters, push rods, oil pump and pickup tube, oil pan, valve covers, front timing cover, water pump, damper, flywheel, flywheel, GT-40 aluminum heads, and your choice of a Ford Racing B303-cam or E303-cam depending on the engine part number. E-cam is recommended for automatic and manual transmission equipped vehicles. B-cam is recommended for manual transmission only. Oil Pan is 5 quart, rear sump Fox body style pan. Pan must be changed for other applications. Engine is set up for fox body style serpentine belt set up. Customer is responsible to change engine dress if using V-belt configuration. Valve covers will fit most NON-EFI applications. Must re-use valve covers or purchase EFI specific valve covers if installing in 86-95 EFI Mustang application.
